- Segundo. Enviese el expediente en forma inmediata al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Riohacha -Sala Penal-, (magistrado ponente, doctor Jaime Antonio Movil Melo), para los efectos legales.
- Tercero. Para su conocimiento enviese copia de este auto al Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de la Guajira -Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria-.
